| We are a small family hobby farm where we grow many different vegetables, mostly tomatoes, and save our own seeds. Our main goal is OP seed preservation and collection of historical information about varieties. We offer seeds for heritage varieties of tomatoes and some other vegetables all year around. All vegetables are grown organically, although we are not certified organic. We cannot call ourselves a 'business' as we do not make any profit on selling seeds, although it helps to cover some operational expenses, including TOMATObase maintenance and administration. Summer of 2009 was perfect for tomatoes, and we are offering many new varieties this year, as we were able to successfully grow and save lots of seeds. We are also adding a few new varieties to our lettuce seed collection, so please check it out! |
