- Large conical peppers up to 6-7" long and 1.5-2" in diameter. Only mildly spicy, this pepper has delicious sweet and almost smoky flavor. In our cool summer, we did not detect much heat in this pepper. Great for fresh eating or can be dried for the most flavorful and aromatic paprika.
