Indet., regular leaf plants produce medium red round fruits with smooth shoulders, 6-10 oz. Flavor is very good, rich and balanced. Very good in salads.

History

  • A family heirloom from the Family of Ivan Keoppel of Memphis, Tennessee. In 1970, Ivan passed a few seed to his nephew at Heartland Family Nursery, Ashland, Missouri (MO HE F) and asked to keep this variety going. Named after Ivan Keoppel.
  • First offered in the Seed Savers 2006 Yearbook by Heartland Family Nursery, Ashland, Missouri (MO HE F).
  • Introduced commercially by Tatiana's TOMATObase Seeds in 2014.
