B.C KO T

Tall indet. plants with regular leaf foliage. Fruits are elongated plums, 2-2.5" long and growing in clusters. Fruits ripen to bright orange color with apricot-colored flesh, and easily drop from the vine when fully ripe. Flavor is very good and balanced, with just a touch of acidity. Very juicy. 1-1.5 oz.

History

  • According to TomatoFest seed catalog (2009), this is a cross between Amish Paste and SunGold F1.
  • However, some SSE members who listed this variety since 2008 noted that this tomato is an heirloom from Kentucky.
  • Tatiana's note: I am not sure which story is correct.
