History
- Hungarian origin. 'Paradicsom' means 'Tomato' in Hungarian, so it should be simply called 'Slager'.
- First offered in the Seed Savers 2000 Yearbook by Bill Minkey of Darien, Wisconsin (WI MI B), who received the seed from Mrs. Rose-Marie Lacherez of Mount Nebo, Australia (AUSL LA R) in 1996.
- SSE TOMATO 5221.
- Introduced commercially in North America by Tatiana's TOMATObase Seeds in 2015.
