History

• Family heirloom of Emil and Ann Valena of California via relatives in Cina, Italy, where they got seeds in the late 1960s when visiting the family.
• Trialed in Tennessee, Oregon and California by Victory Seed Company , who obtained the seed from Emil and Ann Valena in 1999.
