***NEW 2015 Release from Tomato Dwarf Project***. OSSI-pledged variety. Indet. vigorous dwarf (tree-type) plants with regular leaf rugose foliage. Medium size smooth purple-black beefsteaks with green stripes and beautiful mahogany flesh. Not very seedy, at least the first few fruits. Excellent rich balanced flavor. 4-12 oz. (12 seeds / packet)

History

• Developed in the 2009-2015 by the members of the Dwarf Tomato Project from a cross between Pink Berkeley Tie Dye and Rosella Purple made by Patrina Nuske Small in 2009 and named Tidy. It was selected and named by Ted Maiden. Stabilization was a collaborative work of Patrina Nuske Small, Craig LeHoullier, Ted Maiden, Bill Yoder, Sue Bailey, Doug Frank, and Bill Minkey.
