History
- First introduced in the Seed Savers 1999 Yearbook by Alice Yeaman of Pittsboro, North Carolina (NC YE A), who got this tomato from a farmers' market in Windsor, Ontario, from Mrs. Irene Zeleney. As this tomato had no name, Alice Yeaman named it after Mrs. Irene.
