Trinidad Douglah Brown

Late maturing. Beautiful wrinkled pepper that marutes to chocolate brown. Quite large for chinense type. Excellent fruity flavor. Extremely hot.

History

This variety said to be closely linked to the 7 Pot/Pod and Trinidad Scorpion landrace varieties. It may or may not be a different variety. This pepper is a relatively new variation on the original Trinidad superhot peppers. There is still debate as to whether the brown or chocolate 7 Pod is the same variety as the Douglah.
