- ***NEW 2014 Release from Tomato Dwarf Project***. Midseason. Potato leaf Dwarf, it is the first bicolored offering from the Dwarf Tomato Project. Fruits are small to medium size, oblate, yellow with red swirls. Outstanding sweet flavor. It can be considered a dwarf version of one of its parents, Lucky Cross. (12 seeds / packet)

History
- Developed in the 2009-2013 by the members of the Dwarf Tomato Project from a cross between Dwarf Russian Swirl (out of the Dopey family) and Lucky Cross (Dizzy family).
- It is the collaborative work of Ray South, Richard Watson, Craig LeHoullier, Martha Hufford, Soren Linnemann, Lyn Rancourt, Patrina Nuske Small, Michael Volk, Bill Yoder, Doug Frank, Bill Minkey and Willa Osis.
- The name is pronounced "fer-dow-co-fi", which is a native New Zealand Maori word that means 'red/yellow'. The variety was named by New Zealand project member Richard Watson.
- Introduced commercially by Tatiana's TOMATObase Seeds and Heritage Tomato Seed in 2014.
