This is my namesake tomato, but it looks nothing like me! Compact, dwarf plants with beautiful regular foliage produce round oblate red fruits, 3-6 oz. High yields. Early maturing.

The seeds offered in our 2014 seed catalog were raised by Heritage Tomato Seed , and we are so grateful to Steve McClaren for donating the seeds to us.

• Russian commercial variety, introduced in the early 2010s.
• Developed by Vavilov's Institute of General Genetics for open ground and greenhouse growing. Said to be late-blight-tolerant.

• "Среднеранний сорт томата для открытого грунта и пленочных теплиц. Растение штамбовое, детерминантное, высотой 55-60 см, ветвистое. Плод плоско - округлый, слаборебристый, массой 110-120, до 250 г, мясистый. Ценность сорта: высокая урожайность, мясистость плодов, отличные вкусовые качества, высокая устойчивость к фитофторозу. Среднеспелый сорт для открытого грунта и пленочных укрытий. Допущен для использования по РФ на садово-огородных участках, в приусадебных и мелких фермерских хозяйствах. Первое соцветие закладывается над 6-7 листом, последующие – через 1-2 листа."
