Many fruits were up to 1 lb, which is very surprising for such a compact plant. Nice creamy flesh and balanced flavor which is more sweet than acidic. The color does not change significantly when fruits ripen, they stay green and do not develop any yellowish hues, therefore a 'squeeze' test is required to determine if a fruit is ready to pick. I had 12 large fruits on one plant, and it probably would have set more, but the summer was already over. set more, but the summer was already over.
