* It is a French family heirloom obtained … * It is a French family heirloom obtained by Craig LeHoullier and Carolyn Male in an extensive sharing of seeds in 1992 with Norbert Pairerra of Hellimer, France. Mr Pairerra sent Craig and Carolyn letters with a handwritten list of hundreds of varieties of French named OP tomatoes. They selected those that sounded most interesting, and growouts started the season after they were received.
