Tatiana Kouchnareva (B.C KO T). Pelso - ripe fruit. 2013-10-15.

B.C KO T

Large 2-4.5 oz peppers ripening from creamy white to orange-red. 3-5" long and 2-3" wide, conical shape, thick fleshy walls. Nice mild heat, very good flavor, very aromatic. Excellent in stir-fry, or fresh in salads if you like some spiciness. We add it into ajika paste to tone down scorching habanero heat and to add some substance. Heavy yields. Excellent find!
