Semi-det. (or compact indet.?) plants with regular leaf foliage produces loads of beautiful small golden yellow pear-shaped fruits. 0.5-0.75 oz. Fruits are juicy, with good mild flavor. Very high yields.

70 days. Earlier than 'Yellow Pear', but milder sweet flavour. Bit more finnicky of a plant, didn't like being dry. Good producer. 5 lbs/plant.

  • Developed in 1932 by renowned tomato breeder, Dr. A.F. Yaeger at the College of Agriculture in Fargo, ND, from a cross between Bison and Yellow Pear.
