Huge bell pepper, 6" x 4" blocky fruits have thick flesh and turn bright red when ripe. Excellent sweet flavor and top quality. High yields.

History

  • A very old heirloom pepper, it dates back to the 1900s.
  • First offered in the Seed Savers 1991 Yearbook by Calvin E Wait (Unique Seed Service) of Ethel, Missouri (MO WA C), who purchased the seeds from Gleckler Seedmen in 1986.
