Indeterminate, regular foliage, red, should be heart shape but first one off was round. Fruit should be heavy but first one off was light. Subsequent fruits were a nice heart.

Flavor: Mild, a little acid, first off. Mature fruit is sweet, ‘melt in the mouth’

Flesh: Thick, not too juicy(first off), few seeds, Mature fruit juicy

Use: Good for sauce, OK for slicing but better as a cooker. Mature fruit nice all-rounder. Some people might find it too sweet for cooking.

History

• Commonly available as a transplant in Yambol and Elhovo Markets, Bulgaria. Not seen as a packeted seed. This is not to say that they are not available.
• There are a lot of varieties called 'Bull's Heart' in various languages - some of them may be the same tomato, some may be different.
