History
- A smaller pink fruited segregation from a crossed Omar's Lebanese seed received from Jodi Knicely, Canada in 2005. 'Discovered' by Tatiana Kouchnareva (B.C KO T).
- Named after the prominent Lebanese composer and conductor, Dr. Walid Gholmieh, who is currently heading The Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music (2009).
