B.C KO T
- C. maxima, huge vine with large leaves, dense and heavy fruit up to 10 lb, lobed like a three-leaf clover, bright orange colored fine-grained flesh, which is quite sweet and dry, very hard shell of light sea-green color, very beautiful. Keeps very well (reportedly to up to 2 years, but I have not tried to store it for so long myself) without losing quality.
