However, there is also a small chance that this may have been a result of some remaining instability (segregation) of [[Striped Sweetheart]], and it may still not be 100% stable (but should come very close, as it is an advanced generation).
* It was first discovered by [[AK SH S|Sherry Shiesl of Alaska]] who grew [[Striped Sweetheart]] seeds that she purchased from [[Vendor::Casey's Heirloom Tomatoes of Airdrie|'' '']] [[Casey's Heirloom Tomatoes of Airdrie]] '' '' in 2011. Sherry got one plant producing black fruits with bronze striping. The plants were also potato leaf, same as [[Striped Sweetheart]].
* Subsequent growouts by Jeff Casey of [[Vendor::Casey's Heirloom Tomatoes of Airdrie|'' '']] [[Casey's Heirloom Tomatoes of Airdrie]] '' '' in 2012 showed the same characteristics of both the plants and the fruits.
* Offered by [[Vendor::Casey's Heirloom Tomatoes of Airdrie|'' '']] [[Casey's Heirloom Tomatoes of Airdrie]] '' '' in 2013 catalog.
* [[Marianna's Heirloom Seeds]] also offers this variety in their 2013 catalog, but gives a different story. It is very possible that these are different selections from [[Striped Sweetheart]], which were unfortunately named the same. , which were unfortunately named the same.
