It may develop some yellow shoulders if fruits are exposed to direct sunlight, so I would not recommend to prune plants and leave some good amount of foliage to protect fruits. Fruits are 10-16 oz, meaty but also very juicy, with delicious balanced taste that gets sweeter later in the season.
