* A cross of a [[Christmas Grapes]] cherry … * A cross of a [[Christmas Grapes]] cherry with a purple-black tomato that was discovered in the garden of Tatiana Kouchnareva (B.C KO T) in 2014. Tatiana grew the original seeds in 2005, and did not notice much segregation. Segregation only occurred in the next growout, in 2014, giving large red cherries and large black cherries. So it is likely that the original seed was already crossed. It is probably still unstable, but as black fruit color is a recessive trait, it should continue to produce purple/black fruits in the next generations. rple/black fruits in the next generations.
