* Discovered by Jeff Casey, Alberta, Canad … * Discovered by Jeff Casey, Alberta, Canada in 2007 in a patch of [[Green Giant]] tomatoes that he grew from seeds sent to him by Annie Neoh, California. Instead of green fruits, the plant produced large yellow beefsteaks with clear skin, hence the name.
