* An heirloom tomato from England. It had … * An heirloom tomato from England. It had been grown at Shoult's Farm in Blaby, Leicestershire from the turn of the 20th century until 1948. It was an extremely popular tomato and had high praise for its taste, when the farm closed the variety became extinct in cultivation and was considered lost. Seeds recently found at seed bank in The Netherlands, grown out and distributed by Russel Sharp of the Lancaster Environment Center.
* Introduced in SSE 2008 Yearbook by Neil Gillard, Ontario (ONT GI N) and Terry L. Raso of Wadsworth, Ohio (OH RA T).
