History

* Belarusian commercial variety which orig … * Belarusian commercial variety which original name was lost in the seed trades.
* The seed was sent to many north american gardeners in the mid-2000s by Andrew Baranovsky of Minsk, Belarus, who wrote 'Belarusian early' at the back of the label. It seems that someone took that note as a tomato name and passed the seed around as 'Belarusian Early'.
* Unfortunately this happened with a few varieties that Andrey sent to NA, and there are now different tomatoes known under this name, both orange and red, det. and indet.
* The orange variant is likely a renamed [[Orange-1]] tomato that was also sent to many North American gardeners by Andrey Baranovski of Minsk, Belarus in 2004-2005. Baranovski of Minsk, Belarus in 2004-2005.
