Tatiana Kouchnareva (B.C KO T). Russian Green - ripe fruit. 2013-08-31.

B.C KO T

Indet., regular leaf plants. Impressive yields of large round and oblate green-when-ripe fruits with beautiful dark green shoulders. Fruits acquire some amber glow when they get fully ripe and have green/yellow flesh. Some fruits may get brownish blush at the bottom end, I think this may be dependent on your weather. Some minor concentric cracking in heavy rains. 6-12 oz. Very meaty but juicy flesh. Very good flavor, especially at the peak of the season.

Seed source:

Norbert R. Pikovsky, Johnstown, Pennsylvania (PA PI N2) 08 / Bill Minkey of Darien, Wisconsin (WI MI B) 05 / Neil Lockhart of Oblong, Illinois (IL LO N) 02 / Suzanne Ashworth of West Sacramento, California (CA AS S) / Vasile Spirov
