History
- Developed by Reinhard Kraft of Neukirchen, Germany from crossing Cherokee Green with various pink heart-shaped varieties. Mr. Kraft's goal was to find a green heart-shaped tomato and stabilize it. The original crosses were made in 2007, and in spring 2015 Reinhard Kraft sent seeds of his three best selections from the crosses - purple, chocolate, and green hearts - to Tatiana's TOMATObase Seeds .
