History

  • This variety was introduced to SSE many years ago by Bill Ellis of Conyngham, Pennsylvania (PA EL B), a faculty member at a University in Pennsylvania and a Professor of folklore. Bill Ellis introduced quite a few varieties in Seed Savers Exchange yearbooks, including Dr. Neal and Carol Chyko's Big Paste.
