- Indet., potato leaf. Vigorous plants are loaded with trusses of saladette to medium sized fruits, shaped like beefsteaks, with smooth shoulders. Riped to delicate pink color on the outside, with yellow-peachy color flesh. Very nice, meaty flesh with small seed cavities.
