  • Seed was given to Margie of Lazy Ox Farm by their mail-man Mark Barton. He was given the seeds years ago by "Joe", who had been growing them in this area of the Ozarks for a long time. The original name is not known, so they called the tomato after Joe, "Joe's Pink Oxheart."
