  • Old heirloom variety.
  • United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), PI 289255. Donated to the USDA in 1963 from Hungary.
  • Plant Gene Resources of Canada (PGRC), CN 17741. Listed as Csersznycalaku, which is likely a misspelling of the original name. Donated in 1985 from Ontario, Canada.
  • First offered in the Seed Savers 1997 Yearbook by Seed Savers Heritage Farm, Decorah, Iowa (IA SSE HF), seeds from IPK Gatersleben, LYC 3065, T 714. Collected in Hungary. Var. cerasiforme (?)
  • SSE TOMATO 3329.
  • Cseresznye Alakú means 'cherry-shaped' in Hungarian.
