B.C KO T

Compact bushy plants with beautiful chartreuse regular leaf foliage. Fruits are red with golden stripes, beefsteak type with ruffled shoulders, beautifully shaped with striking colors. 7-12 oz. Excellent flavor, more acidic than sweet. (15 seeds / packet)

History

  • The original cross was made by Bill Jeffers by crossing Cherokee Purple with a tiger striped dwarf tomato variety (Bonte Tigret?). Selection work was carried on by Dean Slater of Michigan. It is unclear how stable this is in F6 generation (2013), but it should be very close!
