- Indet., regular leaf. Medium to lage red beefsteaks with ruffled shoulders. 6-10 oz. Excellent rich balanced flavor, with some acidity.

History
- It came from a volunteer tomato at the garden of Stanley Bullington of Red Oak, Iowa (IA BU S2). It started out as 4 oz, red, sweet, with a meaty outer wall. Stanley dehybridized it and selected a large meaty red beefsteak with an outstanding flavor.
