History

  • It came from a volunteer tomato at the garden of Stanley Bullington of Red Oak, Iowa (IA BU S2). It started out as 4 oz, red, sweet, with a meaty outer wall. Stanley dehybridized it and selected a large meaty red beefsteak with an outstanding flavor.
