  • United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), PI 212103. Collected in 1953 from Afghanistan (Nad-i-Ali, Kandahar Province. Elevation: 914 meters) and donated to USDA in 1954.
  • There is also a cherry tomato called 'Afghanistan' (SSE TOMATO 1977).
