70 days, indet., regular leaf plant, medium-size pink cherry fruit, very good flavor.
I have not seen any fruit size variability in my garden yet, as other growers reported; all the plants produced smaller fruits.

History

  • A pink-fruited selection from Dr. Carolyn tomato. Carolyn Male received original seeds in 1999 from Robert Martin who found this pink version as a growout from seed of Dr. Carolyn purchased from Southern Exposure Seed Exchange in 1997. In the past Dr. Carolyn has thrown red-fruited plants for several growers (including Carolyn herself), as well as the pink one from Robert.
  • Dr. Carolyn Pink may still be unstable with regards to fruit size, so please select for fruit of the size of the ivory Dr. Carolyn, which is correct; the 'wrong' plants will produce larger pink cherries which are not as good as the smaller ones, but not all that bad.
