B.C KO T

Rocambole type hardneck, beautiful large dark purple cloves, medium-hot flavor. Large robust plants, well adapted to Pacific NorthWest area. Reliable producer of large bulbs with 4-8 large cloves, the most beautiful garlic I have seen.

History

• This garlic was purchased at the Vancouver farmers' market by Yee Chan of Vancouver, BC in the early 2000s. Yee shared it with Tatiana Kouchnareva (B.C KO T) in 2004.
• It may very well be a known variety, but I have not been able to find an exact match yet.
