Very large rampant vines need caging, staking or bullying, robust production of 2-3 in. diameter round cherry tomatoes that are red with jagged gold stripes, very good sharp tart flavor. A good addition to the portfolio of diverse tomato varieties.

History

• Believed to have been developed in area that is now within the Slovak Republic.
• Introduced to SSE by Ben Quisenberry.
• This variety is very similar to Tigerella (aka Mr. Stripey), a UK variety. Some growers think it may be the same variety.
• Five commercial sources noted for 2004 in the Garden Seed Inventory 6th edition.
