• There are both regular leaf and potato leaf variants are reported. The potato leaf version is listed as Sugar Beefsteak (Potato Leaf) in the 2011 SSE Yearbook.
• It looks like the regular leafed version originated from Glenn Drowns of Iowa (IA DR G) in the early 2000s.
