History

  • Bill Malin of new Mexico, who shared the seed with Denise Salmon of Vancouver, BC, Canada in 2006 said:
"Tom/Pink PL flattened beefsteaks balanced acid/sweet taste juicy. Another fave of mine seed from 12.5 oz. fruits. Juicy but not excessively seedy. A relatively rare, unknown PL variety from a friend of mine in Utah 13 years ago. I think I am the only one now with viable seed which was grown out in 2006 and was collected from a 12.5 ounce fruit. One of Spuds favorite pinks."
