* First offered in the Seed Savers 2007 Yearbook by Al Anderson of Troy, Ohio (OH AN A), who received seeds fro Gary Millwood of Louisville, Kentucky. Al Anderson claims it is a Kentucky heirloom, but there is no mention of it anywhere else.
* There is also a potato leaf version of Cabin showing up in the early 2010s.
* Perhaps there was a cross or seed mixup somewhere in the seed trading transactions that resulted in these variants, both regular and potato leaf.
