- Pink fruit of 120 to 300 grams, flattened beefsteak type with rounded and ribbed shoulders.
Meaty and juicy beef flesh. Very sweet flavor. Tree type plant, large stem, regular rugosa foliage, indeterminate growth. Generous mid-season production.
