- Geza Korbely, Hungary 05 (the seed was supposed to be Reif Red Heart, but did not grow true to type)
Year grown: 2005, 2007
Location: Zone 7b, PNW, Anmore, BC, Canada (760 ft above sea level)
History
- Possibly an accidental cross of Reif Red Heart with some unknown tomato that appeared in Geza Korbely's garden in 2004. Tatiana Kouchnareva (B.C KO T) received the seed from Geza labeled as Reif Red Heart, and grew it out in 2005 and 2007. All the plants grown from the seed produced red medium size flattened fruits with excellent flavor.
