- A mid-early indeterminate variety, with regular leafs. The fruits are medium-large and weigh 50-70 g. Harvested fruits are round, green-orange, hard as stone. Suspended on strings lasts for several months before ripening. Tomatoes are slightly softened, the color of the fruit changes to pink and the flesh is red. They use the roasted bread toast with garlic, salted and covered with olive oil. Specialty from Mallorca.
