- (Tatiana's note) I was not able to trace this variety to any Chinese source. According to a person who is very fluent in Chinese, the word does not make much sense. If letter 'g' is removed, then Quan Li Mishou may mean 'Secretary of Power'. But he also mentioned that the combination of the letters could be broken down into different groups (words) and may have many different meanings. For example, Quan Li may be a person's name.
