indet., compact plant with regular foliage, medium sized ruffled purple/black fruits with beautiful stripes and dark green/brown shoulders, 4-8 oz, meaty flesh with small seed cavities. Very good flavor, both acidic and sweet. (15 seeds / packets)

75-80 days, compact indet., regular leaf plants, moderate to high production of 8-14 oz fruits, mostly beefsteak, some oblate, port-wine colored flesh, dark exterior with some green striping, superb rich flavor, a new favorite.

  • First offered in the Seed Savers 2008 Yearbook by Gary W. Maness of Greensboro, North Carolina (NC MA G) and Al Anderson of Troy, Ohio (OH AN A), both received the seed from Brad Gates, California.
