History
- A family heirloom of Sara Porporato and Jörg-M. Schröter, Volvera, Italy, ([1]), who have been growing this tomato every year since they received the seeds from Sara's grandmother. Sara's grandmother grew this tomato for more than 40 years.
- Nonna means 'grandmother' in Italian.
- Jörg-M. Schröter suggests that this tomato should not be sold, but only given away for free. Let's make sure his request is honored.
