- Indet., regular leaf. Large, round, perfectly shaped red beefsteaks, about 8-12 oz. Excellent sweet flavor. One of these tomatoes that are also very tasty when slightly under-ripe. So lovely in a tomato sandwich, in a salad, or simply enjoyed with a slice of mozzarella.
