B.C KO T

Indet., regular leaf, medium size bi-colored beefsteaks that ripen from green/yellow to yellow/pink getting almost entirely pink when fully ripe with bi-colored flesh. 6-14 oz, some fruits can be up to 1 lb. Very good sweet flavor. The earliest bi-color in 2012, but not in 2013.
