Indet., regular leaf, medium to large smooth pink beefsteaks, juicy, very good mild balanced flavor. 6-12 oz. Matures earlier than other pink beefsteaks. High yields.

History

• Originated from China.
• The name means 'Li's village' in Chinese, or it can also be referring to a person's name.
• First offered in the Seed Savers 2008 Yearbook by Norbert Pikovsky, Johnstown, Pennsylvania (PA PI N2), who got the seeds from the USDA.
• United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), PI 647228. Donated to USDA in 1988 from China.
