History
'Dwarf Howard's Railroad' began when Craig LeHoullier crossed 'Pale Leaf Mortgage Lifter' with 'Dwarf Jade Beauty', creating the Dwarf Tomato Project's "Betty" family. The development work on this variety was done by Susan Oliverson, who provided its name. Bill Minkey produced the seed that was then sent to Mike Dunton for grow out for Victory Seeds® to release. It was introduced by the Victory Seed Company to the gardening public for the 2025 season.
